As an RBI Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) process by preparing piping corrosion loops and individual pressure vessels for RBI assessments. You will work closely with the ADURA PEI Engineers based at the Aberdeen Silver Fin office and will be an active participant in RBI Expert Group meetings.

Key Responsibilities

· Support PEI Engineer on S-RBI process.

· Populate IMS with RBI data in preparation of RBI expert group review meetings.

· Ensuring the preparation work for the S-RBI review meetings as directed by PEI Engineer is complete.

· Issue the S-RBI review meeting agenda.

· Provide pre-read for the S-RBI review meeting prior to the meeting.

· Arranging attendance for the S-RBI review meetings ensuing representation from all necessary disciplines.

· Attend S-RBI review meeting and support PEI Engineer with recording outputs and updates in IMS.

· Manage actions from the S-RBI review meeting.

· Compile the draft the RBI expert group meeting summary document detailing output for review and issuing by PEI Engineer to Head of Inspection for approval.

· Raise SAP Z6 notifications to update SAP with new inspection frequency.

· Maintain and update S-RBI data in IMS.

· Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Presentation Experience.

· Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

· Previous experience in inspection, integrity management, engineering support, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
